US passport at CVS — what DPI did you export?
Renewed my US passport last month. I exported at 300 DPI, printed 2x2 at CVS on photo paper, and the acceptance facility had zero comments.
Curious what others used — did anyone go higher than 300, or match pixel dimensions exactly from the State Dept checklist?

I matched the pixel count from the official spec (600x600) and set 300 DPI in the exporter. Printed at Walgreens — no issues.
Same here: pixel dimensions first, DPI metadata second. My copy shop asked for 100% scale / no 'fit to page' — worth telling them that upfront.
