Rejected once for shadows — retake tips?
First attempt had a strong shadow on the wall behind me. Online upload was rejected.
Second try: faced a window (indirect light), plain white wall, and used background cleanup. Passed the same day.
What lighting setup worked for you at home?

Two desk lamps at 45° in front of me, diffused with white paper. Turned off the ceiling light to avoid top shadows. Took 3 shots, picked the sharpest.
Bathroom with frosted window light worked for me — mirror helped check that both ears were visible and nothing was cropped.
