The printed photo is typically 33 mm wide by 48 mm high. Your face should be centered with even margins. Use a recent color image with natural skin tone.
Expression and attire
Face the camera; neutral expression. Wear everyday clothing; avoid uniforms unless required. Ears should be visible where possible; avoid heavy accessories that obscure facial contours.

Plain white or near-white background without gradients or shadows. Even lighting across the face.
